HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?

Our ciders are 6.2%-6.5% ABV because we don't water them down after fermentation. Because cider behaves more like wine than beer, Dave uses his knowledge of wine to create a crisp, clean flavor that maintains the integrity of the apples. Our flavors are made from real ingredients and they get blended into our base after fermentation is complete so they don't bind to the yeast--this means our cider doesn't taste artificial. Finally, we use sterile filtration to avoid adding any unnecessary preservatives and to ensure a quality product that lasts.
